Washing instructions please?

I just bought a top that is 35% cotton 65% polyester. What is the best way to wash it to avoid shrinkage? Is warm or cold water more likely to shrink. I ask because i thought that warm would be more likely to shrink but there is a picture on the tag but no instructions and it looks like it is infering hot water?Washing instructions please?

COOOLLLDD water as cold as possible. Dont put it in the dryer. you can air dry it or iron it dry if its possible
Wash in cold water. Low heat in dryer, but I just hang it to prevent dryer statics.
Put it on the coldest possible and don't put it in the dryer air dry it
